QUALITY CONTROL

Electronic Metalform is committed to supplying our customers with sheet metal parts that meet drawing requirements and specifications.  We do this by setting up check points at different stages of the manufacturing process to detect any variances when they happen before they become a problem.  Checkpoints exist at order entry, programming, NC punching, bending, welding & finishing.  No parts are shipped without having been checked and stamped off by one of our quality assurance inspectors.

Our sophisticated measurement checking equipment and tools are calibrated regularly to ensure accurate readings and information are obtained from the parts. Our Brown & Sharpe XCEL 7.10.7 coordinate measuring machine is able to gather dimensional data from complex parts at 90+ measurements per minute.
